President and Chief Executive Officer – Ms. Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sales, development and management industry. Prior to forming Procam, she was Director of Association Management with a large management company overseeing the association management staff and operations of a number of large resorts in the area. Prior to that she served as President of a local company, which was in the resort development business. She was responsible for supervision of sales activities, development order compliance, contractor coordination, rental management, and association management through developer turnover. Ms. Thomas’s development experience has proven to be extremely valuable during the transition from the developer to the membership. To date, she has been involved in ten property turnovers, from 23-story high rise buildings to homeowner associations, and apartment conversions. Ms Thomas holds the following professional licenses/certifications: Certified Manager Community Association (CMCA), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Florida Real Estate Broker. She is also a member of the Community Association Institute.
Vice President, Director of Operations- Mr. Wheeler has over 15 years experience in association management and project development. He previously served as project coordinator for a number of commercial developments in the area and worked with architects, developer, and owners and was responsible for scheduling, logistics, change orders and progress reporting. Prior to this, Mr. Wheeler was responsible for facilities management at a 400 plus unit property in this area. Utilizing his experience we have established preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the property is well maintained and efficiently operated. Mr. Wheeler is a graduate of Southern Technical Institute in Marietta, Georgia.
Ms. Deal has over 12 experience in association management. Prior to her employment with Procam, Ms. Deal was property manager for a 275 unit apartment community for over three years. The property was converted into condominiums and she became the onsite rental manager for the management company as well as the CAM assistant. She then went on to become a property manager at a high rise condominium with over 400 units. She currently is association manger for a large number of associations in the Destrin area. She is highly respected in this field, a member of CAI, and a key to Procam's success.
Before joining the Procam team, Mr. Lake previously worked in retail management for 14 years where he managed over 200 employees and was responsible for the financial success of multiple store locations across the Midwest. In 2021, a welcomed career change and relocation led him to Association Management in Destin, where he obtained is Community Association Manager License. He currently aids in the correspondence between the Board of Directors and Owners, the ARB process, and the accounting department for all Associations managed by Procam. Mr. Lake happily assists owners with their needs and questions in all of the Procam managed properties.
Before joining the Procam team, Liz was an Early Childhood Educator for 15 years. After switching career fields, she worked as a Front Desk Specialist in property management for 3 years before taking an interest in association management. She has been working in Community Association Management since early 2023, where she started as an administrative assistant before obtaining her CAM license. She has experience in both homeowners and condominium associations. Liz assists in the accounting process and preparing documents for meetings while learning more about all aspects of the business. She is quick to help any owner in need by phone, email or by visiting our office.
